An Afro-Indian-Caribean feast of flavours!
Chef Liam Pop-up in collaboration with Santa Salsa and Sizzle at the Stockholm Brewing Co.
From the 8-10th of July, the Trinbagonian (new word of the week for those of you in need of a challenge) sensation Chef Liam held a pop-up at the Stockholm Brewing Company in collboration with Santa Salsa. Knowing how passionate Liam is about trinbagonian food and food in general (He's a BBQ King), The Sizzle team was more than happy to assist.
Liam is a former michelin star chef who decided to let the art of cooking remain a passion instead of an obsession and so changed careers, moved to Sweden and is now in his free time building up quite the reputation for his BBQ's and caribbean cooking in Stockholm. Europes food mecca, London, is where he saw and tasted the flavours of the world, met other foodies and learned his trade. Travelling back to Trinidad during summers with his mother left him wanting to share the Trinbagonian cuisine with the world. We at Sizzle couldn't be happier that his mum got him to visit his roots.
